ANDREW COOPER

Chief Cook/Owner/Father

​

With nearly 30 years experience in the Fish and Chips industry, Andy knows first hand what the local community expect when it comes to exceptional Fish and Chips. His passion and love for the industry has not swayed in the over ten years since taking over as business owner - he is still very much in the game.

 

Andy personally hand-selects only the finest quality produce and works closely with trusted suppliers to ensure every portion served meets his exacting standards. He’s confident you’ll taste the difference.

 

Andrew is an award winning fryer, having sailed to victory in the esteemed Fish & Ship Shop Of The Year competition 3 times in the regional heats, as well as proving his own merits in the Young Fish Fryer competition (when, of course, he was young!). Testament to this is the yearly NFFF & Seafish Quality Award that Andrew has held every year since it’s inception - a testament to his commitment to excellence.

 

In his spare time, Andrew is a Marvel geek, a keen mountain biker and hands on father.

CAITLIN

Owner/Manager/Daughter to Andrew

As co-owner, Caitlin plays a key role in leading the family business alongside her dad, Andy. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in the fish and chip trade, she brings both passion and heart to every part of the shop.

​

The master of multitasking! As the manager, she wears many hats to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You'll find her serving customers with a warm smile or out delivering your party orders but that's not all! Caitlin has a knack for hiding out the back, orchestrating the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps the operation running like clockwork.

MICHAEL COOPER

Cook/Brother

​

Michael (AKA Mike) was one of the our most experienced members of staff with over 20 years of experience in the fish and chip industry. You'll find him behind the fryer, cooking up your food making sure you receive a fresh and tasty meal.

​

With years of experience behind the fryer, Mike knows exactly how to deliver consistently delicious fish and chips, cooked just the way our customers like them.

TOBY COOPER

Cook / Son

​

Toby is the youngest of the Cooper crew—but don’t let that fool you. Having worked front-of-house for years, he’s become a familiar face to many of our regulars, known for his friendly service and reliable presence.

Recently promoted to cook, Toby has stepped into the kitchen to carry on the family tradition. He’s taken to the fryer like a natural, learning the ropes from Andy and Mike and taking real pride in every portion he prepares.
